Dear Students residing in the University of Kurdistan Dormitories,

As the first semester of the academic year 1404-1405 (2025-2026) draws to a close, and in light of the requirement to settle dormitory rent via the Student Welfare Fund system, students are hereby notified to complete the following procedures with precision and without delay:

1. File Creation in the Student Welfare Fund System
Students who have not yet established a profile in the Student Welfare Fund system are obligated to create their files, register their current academic level and residency status, and subsequently proceed with the payment of dormitory fees.

2. Registration of Dormitory Residency Requests
Students who already possess a profile but have not formally registered a residency request for the current term must do so immediately through the system prior to settling their rent. A comprehensive guide on the file creation process is appended to this announcement for your reference.

3. Guest Students and Temporary Occupants
Guest students and those with temporary "floor-sleeping" (kef-khab) status are requested to contact the dormitory affairs coordinators to finalize residency arrangements and fee payments.

4. Important Notice Regarding the Second Semester
Please be advised that residency data is systematically transferred from the current semester to the subsequent term. Consequently, students who do not intend to utilize dormitory facilities in the second semester must contact or visit the dormitory coordinators in person to formally cancel their residency.
Failure to do so will result in the automatic registration of residency and subsequent debt accumulation, for which the student shall be held solely responsible.

5. Final Compliance
All dormitory fees must be settled in full before the conclusion of the current semester. The updated directive regarding dormitory rent for the upcoming academic year is attached to this notice.
