Minutes of the Second Meeting of the "MADAD" Project Executive Working Group at the University of Kurdistan
        
        
        To implement clause 7-1 of the Memorandum of Understanding (Ref: 5669/1/04/ص, dated 2025/06/11) between the University of Kurdistan and the benefactor of the "MADAD" Project, the second executive working group meeting was held virtually on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 12:00 to 13:00. The meeting was attended by members from the University of Kurdistan (Mr. Kaveh Karami – President's Representative and Head of Men's Dormitories; Dr. Mohammad Ahmadinejad – Director of the President's Office and Public Relations; Dr. Anvar Dastbaz – Director of the Counseling and Health Center; Dr. Seyed Mohammad Javad Hosseini Sadr – Director of Cultural and Social Planning; Dr. Ahmad Fallahi – Director of Legal Affairs; Ms. Leila Namjoo – Head of Student Scientific Activities Support; Mr. Shahab Khaledi – Director of Administrative Affairs; Ms. Shamim Feizi – Office Manager for Student Affairs) and Engineer Mostafa Ghalamchi (Designer and Benefactor of the MADAD Project). The following items were discussed and approved:
It was resolved that the project brochure be prepared by the Director of Cultural Affairs (Dr. Hosseini Sadr) by July 9, 2025. The necessary content will be provided to the graphic designer by Mr. Kaveh Karami by July 7, 2025, and the final version will be sent to the project benefactor for review. It was resolved that the official "MADAD" Project channel on the Eitaa social network be promoted for student and faculty membership by July 9, 2025, under the responsibility of the Public Relations Office and coordinated by Mr. Karami. It was resolved that links or images of news coverage regarding the MoU signing on student news agencies (e.g., ISNA) be compiled by the Public Relations Office and sent to the project benefactor via Mr. Karami by July 9, 2025. The office of Ms. Leila Namjoo (Head of Student Scientific Activities Support) was designated as the official point of contact for students to submit applications for project facilities and receive guidance. All applications will be promptly forwarded to Mr. Karami. It was resolved that the "MADAD Project Association" and its specialized working groups (Research, Business Evaluation, Planning, Skills Training, Content Creation) be established under the umbrella of student scientific associations by the first week of October 2025, overseen by Dr. Hosseini Sadr in cooperation with Ms. Namjoo and Mr. Karami. All group members must join the association's Eitaa group by the end of October. It was resolved that the heads of the working groups must review the file detailing their duties (received from Ms. Feizi) and become fully acquainted with their responsibilities by November 12, 2025. It was resolved that Mr. Karami will train the association's secretary and the head of the Business Evaluation group by November 12, 2025, on how to ensure business plan files are properly completed by applicants, ensuring that submissions to the benefactor's office are error-free. It was resolved that the selection of a student assistant to serve as the head of the Content Creation working group and admin for the project's channels be completed by Mr. Karami and Dr. Hosseini Sadr by July 9, 2025. It was resolved that the selected student for content creation, who will be introduced to the benefactor by July 12, 2025, will post project-related content bi-weekly on the official channels, starting from July 19, 2025. It was resolved that the Counseling Center and Dormitory Administration will identify and provide a list of students in need who are eligible for the project to Mr. Karami by July 16, 2025. It was resolved that Mr. Karami, in cooperation with Ms. Feizi, will conduct interviews from the beginning of the semester until October 13, 2025, to explain the "MADAD" project to the identified students and submit a detailed report to the benefactor. It was resolved that a "MADAD Project Faculty Network" be established by July 16, 2025, under the supervision of Mr. Karami and Dr. Hosseini Sadr, by engaging with faculty advisors of scientific associations. It was resolved that project details (from the brochure) be disseminated through the university's website and social media channels by July 9, 2025, under the responsibility of the Public Relations Office and Dr. Hosseini Sadr. It was resolved that the operational plan for the Fall 2025 semester (including orientation for new students, skills training workshops, a seminar, and a book-reading contest) be developed by Mr. Karami and sent to the benefactor by July 16, 2025. It was resolved that a minimum of 15 minutes be allocated during new student orientation sessions for the project executor to introduce the "MADAD" project. It was resolved that a comprehensive seminar be organized for the second week of December, featuring a virtual address by the project benefactor and a live Q&A session with the project executor, planned by Mr. Karami and Dr. Hosseini Sadr. It was resolved that the project be introduced in the men's and women's dormitories by Mr. Karami and Ms. Feizi, respectively, by November 5, 2025. It was resolved that these minutes be submitted by Mr. Karami to the University President by November 2, 2025, for review and issuance of directives to facilitate project implementation. It was resolved that the review process for at least two student business plans be finalized by the project executor and submitted to the benefactor's office by the end of July 2025. All applicants must join the "Student Skills and Income" channel. It was resolved that the next working group meeting will be held on November 30, 2025. A notification will be sent by Mr. Karami one week prior. The agenda will be to follow up on the resolutions of the current meeting.
