The International Affairs Office of the University of Kurdistan is inviting applications from undergraduate and graduate students to participate in the seventh batch of the student exchange program to the FH Joanneum University in Austria. The program is open to students from all majors and will provide an opportunity to study abroad for one semester.

1. Eligibility and Registration Documents

• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 40 credits and a maximum of 100 credits at the time of departure to the host university.
• Graduate students must be in their first or second semester at the time of departure to the host university.
• The applicant's overall GPA must be higher than the average GPA of their program.
• The maximum age of the applicant is 35 years old.
• The applicant must have a valid English language certificate at the B2 level or have passed a comparable level in the International Management Assessment Test.
• The applicant must have at least one semester of remaining academic credit at the time of departure.
• The applicant must submit an academic resume (CV) in English.
• The applicant must submit a statement of purpose (in English) that includes a roadmap and plan for their time at the host university.
• The applicant must submit an official transcript.
• The applicant must submit two letters of recommendation (in English) from their professors.

Selection process:

After an initial evaluation of applications, qualified students will be invited to an English-language interview. Selected students will be announced and will be invited to the FH Joanneum University for the exchange program.
