Sending Electronic Documents to WES
Document Submission Process:
1. Sending an e-mail through the applicant's personal email address to international@uok.ac.ir

- Email subject: Full name of the applicant with the WES Reference Number
- Email attachments: For each level of education, please provide clear and legible scans of the academic documents; email attachments should be in separate PDF files for the translated documents (all pages of the official translation of the degree certificate and transcripts with a maximum size of 4 megabytes) and the original documents (degree certificate and transcripts with a maximum size of 2 megabytes).
2. Reviewing the applicant's request (maximum 3 business days).
3. Receiving an email confirming the submission of the documents to WES.
Sending documents to universities or institutions
Document Submission Process:

Sending an e-mail through the applicant's personal email address to international@uok.ac.ir: In the email, please include information such as the email address of the destination university, the applicant's contact information, and the student ID number at the destination university (if applicable).
