The program is funded by the Erasmus Plus grant and selected students will benefit from round-trip travel benefits, up to € 850 per month for one semester. Admission capacity in this course is 2 students studying for a bachelor's or master's degree at Kurdistan University.

Prerequisites and registration documents *

Undergraduate students with at least 65 credits and a minimum GPA of 15
Graduate students with a minimum grade point average of 16
Having a valid English language certificate (TOEFL, IELTS) at the minimum level of B2 or obtaining the equivalent quorum in the evaluation test of the language center of Kurdistan University
Have authorized academic years for at least one semester at the time of dispatch
Scientific resume (CV) in English
Motivation: Roadmap and schedule for attending the destination university
Curriculum vitae (transcripts)
Two letters of recommendation (in English) from professors of the student's course (registration is optional at the initial stage and applicants can submit letters of recommendation at the interview stage)
Submitting the final report of the course to the International Affairs Department

1- Filling in the initial registration form

2- Participating in the language proficiency assessment test in the second week of February (for applicants without a valid English language certificate)

2-1- Paying for the language level assessment test through the dedicated revenue system of Kurdistan University (here) - (Download the payment guide).
2-2- After the initial registration of the applicants and payment of the fee, the next steps and how to participate in the exam will be informed through the International Relations Management Channel and the University Language Center channel.

How to select applicants:

After the initial evaluation of the applicants' application, the eligible students will be invited to conduct a specialized interview in English. Then, the names of the selected students will be published and introduced for the transfer process to the destination university.
