University of Kurdistan has been accepted as a new member of the international organization CINVU. This initiative aims to strengthen scientific, educational, and research collaboration with other members of the CINVU organization and contribute to the scientific and educational development of University of Kurdistan.

CINVU, the International Network for Scientific and Educational Collaboration, operates as one of the affiliated networks of COMSTECH, the Permanent Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Its primary goal is to foster scientific, educational, and research collaboration among universities and scientific institutions within the Islamic world.

The scientific and research collaboration and continuous communication with other members of the organization, as well as the development and enhancement of the scientific and educational level of University of Kurdistan, have been undertaken. This initiative will facilitate the exchange of information, resources, and experiences between University of Kurdistan and other CINVU members, and play a significant role in achieving scientific, cultural, and economic goals in the field of education and research within the Islamic world.

With nearly five decades of experience in the field of education and research, University of Kurdistan benefits from suitable facilities and laboratories. The university has laboratories, workshops, and libraries in various scientific fields such as basic sciences, engineering, agriculture, and biology. These facilities enable students and researchers at this university to conduct their research in a dynamic and modern environment and achieve better results.

University of Kurdistan also has diverse faculties encompassing various disciplines. These include faculties of language and literature, basic sciences, arts and architecture, engineering, agriculture, humanities and social sciences, natural resources, industry and mining, and engineering and basic sciences.
